General Questions

What is the estimated delivery for launching a website?

It typically takes 3-5 weeks for the launch of your website. We recommend that our clients have content readily available as needed to expedite the process. This includes information about your business, product and services, images and any likeness that should be represented on your website.

What geographical areas do you service?

We currently service the United States, Canada and Virgin Islands.

What happens if I don't pay my monthly subscription fees?

Your monthly subscription fee is required for your website to remain fully functional. You must pay the full amount required to avoid any service interruption. We understand there are hardships, so a landing page(1 page) site will be displayed until account status is up-to-date.

Can I choose my hosting and domain provider?

Yes, but this may impact estimated delivery time for your project and overall website performance. We currently partner with GoDaddy as a preferred service provider to our clients. GoDaddy offers scalable secure hosting, server uptime, 24×7 customer support, products and services that ensure our clients have the best options available.

Billing and Accounts

Is there a Refund or Cancellation Policy?

Yes! We take pride in our customer retention, however we allow up to 30 days for service cancellation if there’s a change of heart after sign-up. Following cancellation, monthly payments will be suspended. Sign-up fees on service plans are non-refundable.

Do I have ownership of my hosting and domain name?

Following sign-up, you have ownership of your domain name and hosting. Unlike Square Space, Wix and other “do it yourself” web building platforms, our clients have complete ownership of their domain and hosting following sign-up for a minimum of 1 year. The annual sign-up fee includes managed hosting and domain renewals.

How often can I update the "look" of my website?

You may request to rebrand the theme of your website once a year during the annual sign-up of your service plan at no additional cost. If you desire a complete make over, we will be happy to accommodate these changes.
